New York Sue

I'm participating in a block swap sponsored by the Nifty Fifty Quilters.   Each swapper represents a state and makes a quilt block representing her state.   My block has been "in the works" for several months.  I called it "If I can make it there..."  from the Song New York, New York.  My Sue is on the docks in New Jersey looking into Manhattan about to move to the "big city".

Due to the events on September 11, 2001, I decided to post my block here.   The skyline of New York may be changed, but not America.  God Bless America!
