These replica towels were inspired by the kitchen linens found in many homes from the late 1920's through the 1940's.

The originals of that time were woven with either cotton threads, linen threads produced from flax, or a blend of both. They were sold by the yard from a bolt of toweling fabric, cut and hemmed, often decorated with embroidery, and then put to household use.

Our towels are 18"x28", 100% Cotton, hemmed on all sides, perfect for hand or machine embroidery, and great for iron-on patterns and silkscreen.
